Those are the main components. There are other things in my cart but its a case, fans, stuff like that. Any opinions are welcome. I'm about to spend almost three grand. Be honest with replies.

EDITS: bumped sound card (mobo has Creative audigy) and upgraded cpu from the 4400 to 4600

You don't need the sound card, the sound of the MoBo is fine. The rest looks good.

I would tend to disagree about the soundcard. If you wanna get a nice set of 5.1/7.1 speakers to go along with that sick computer. You are gonna want a nice soundcard.

So I would get the soundcard and get the 4400+ instead.

Also I would get rid of the raptors and save yourself a lot of money. Thats just my opinion.
