Default My new system

As some of you may know, i sold my laptop. So now im in need of a desktop, and this is what i've picked out:

AMD Sempron64 2800+ - $73
Gigabyte GA-K8U Socket 754 ATX Motherboard - $43
G.Skill 512MB DDR400 - $34
Maxtor DiamondMax 80GB ATA133 Hard Drive - $50

Total w/Shipping = $216.16

Im going to be playing games such as Halo, CSS, DoDS, NFSMW, ect. But im only using this until the Conroe comes out, then im upgrading.

I already have a Case, Video Card, 256MB RAM, Keyboard, Mouse, Speakers, and a few other things.

Im actually not sure what cpu to get. I'm debating between these two:

AMD Sempron64 2800+ (256K L2, 64Bit, 1.6Ghz, S.754) - $73
Intel CeleronD 336 (256K L2, 64Bit, 2.8Ghz, S.775) - $62

Omega, you already know that the Sempron is much better then the Celeron.

I know, our family comp is a Celeron D 2.4Ghz, and i couldnt play halo even with a 9600XT.

The reason i asked is because this one is faster, it's LGA775, and its 64-bit. I thought it might be a major improvement over the 478 based ones.

I may be interested, if i decide to go with a Sempron based system, most likely i will buy that from you.
