I did read the fine print before I bought the memory. It said "When 4GB is installed, the useable memory will be slightly less than 4 GB". Would you then expect "slightly less than 4 GB" to be only 2GB? In these days, I still liaise with HP and they told me they won't give me a written reply for my letter. How ridiculous this is!!!!
Should I just bang my head against the wall then??
