I currently own an Satellite A55-S1063 notebook. I'm writing this thread to ask a question, well, two.

1. Does anyone else own a Toshiba Satellite A55-S1063?
2. Have you had problems regarding the AC charger adaptor?

The following are pictures of my power charger cable and the problem I have, I ask because I think there may be faulty design and manufacturing with this part.

They're a little blurry, but the problem is with the jack that plugs into the computer. The cord frayed. I did not do this on purpose, and no part should do this on it's own, regardless of use (unless one takes wire cutters to it).

Please reply and tell me if this has happened to you, or if there is another thread regarding this issue (if it's the latter, I appoligize for opening a new thread).
