Default overclock processor

i have a pentium D 3.0 GHz processor and i want to know what would be a reasonable limit i can overclost to. also, how would this be done. I have a quasi-reasonable fan, but liquid cooling too. so overheating shouldn't be too much of a problem (i think, and hope). Thx...

I wouldn't reccomend overclocking a laptop, even if you could do it. Laptops usually have limited cooling and it might overheat very easily.
