Brand New. Just got it in the mail. Thing is, they sent me the wrong one. Too lazy to deal with returns so I'm selling it on here.

Comes with Driver CD as well.

Wanting $10 for it.

All that says is the name of the card, and does nto exmaplain why there is one on the inside of the case.

My gheusss is for something like an external hardrive, inside your case. Or i know some media card readers can be external, or fit in a 5 inch bay slot, but they are USB, and would work with one of those.

I don't really know but every USB PCI card has one.
