Front Case Drive Panel Bezel Thingys (???)

I recently replaced my two old CD drives with one brand spanking new one. Unfortunately this leaves a gaping hole on the front of my case where one of the old drives used to sit. Does anyone know where i can get individual panel things that slot onto the front of the case so that unoccupied drive slots are concealed?

Silver - The dimensions are about 15cm by 4cm
