Default folder can't be deleted!!!!!!

hi, I had a user name and it became damaged so i deleted it using another admin user. It asked me if i should save the file and folders in my documents of that folder, i chose yes thinking i will be able to access it but i cant. so now i want to delete it but it wont let me, it gives me the warning "Can not delete:Acces sis denied. Make sure the disk is not full or wright-protected and that the file is not currently in use." Please can anyone help me delete this folder?

Thanks
