Default windows xp takes long to load

hi guys
basically my windows xp takes a long time to load up(1 maybe 2 minutes) were as before it took seconds is this because i updated all my hardware drievrs. motherboard, pci cards and pci-e

Could be start up programs that you have installed

What he means is, when installing programs they sometimes are configured to load as the pc switches on.

Clicking start>run and then either typing either msconfig then looking at the startup tab or typing services.msc will give you a clue of what starts automatically, though you shouldn't be stopping processes left right and center, only if you know it's something you don't need.

Stop going to porn sites and get a better browser. IE is spyware heaven. Go with firefox or something around there.
