So if you eliminate the optical drives, use flash memory, and water cooling, then there are no moving parts inside the computer, with the exception of the PSU fan

there is no psu fan, and for the water cooling you still need pumps and radiators. I think sticking with minimal air cooling would be the best, seeing he has a fanless heatsink for cpu, fanless psu and no graphics card.

Yay responses.
I would use rubber screws, I looked into that as well. The HTCP case is best, since it would be a sort of home theater or media center computer. I guess I could use the P180 if there is nothing else.
