Default Quietest computer

Decided to build this for fun (online, nothing bought) to see how quiet I can make a computer. It would be for a media center thing:

PSU
Case
Hard Drive
CPU Heatsink
CPU
Sound Card
Mobo
RAM
DVD Burner

See if you can improve/correct.

Looks ok, reviews for the case said that the back fans were really loud.

Aim for a Sempron.

Compare the output wattage to see which chip produces the smallest possible heat and build on that.

Does it have to be a HTPC case? If not, look at the Antec P180 for quiet...

get some of those rubber screws or something like that and use it for the harddrive to reduce noise.

Water cooling would be quieter than fans

And using flash memory instead of hard drives...I know that is possible, I just don't know how

you can get compact flash >> IDE converters. So you would boot of some 2 gig cf card. Then you would need a couple more for storage.
