Default this any good?

is this laptop any good for 720£?

AMD Turion 1.8Ghz
1024 RAM
100gb hdd @ 5400 rpm
nVidia geForce go 7300 256mb (i know this aint a great gpu, but it'll do for css)
15.4" screen 1280 x 800 pixels
Windows XP Home Edition
1.3 Megapixel Webcam
802.11a/b/g Wireless Networking
Gigabit 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet Controller
Infrared
4 USB Ports
4 in 1 Card Reader
Approx Weight 2.85 kg

mainly used for light gaming (like steam games and so on, nothing too modern, like F.E.A.R or anything with too high sys req's) and a bit of work
