ebay you could find a nice laptop/computer, i bought a laptop off there 4 $177.03 lol, Windows XP Pro, 700MHZ, 256MB, it's getting upgraded. check there.

What's your definition of nice?
If you can be more specific about what you may need, it'll probably be easier to assist you.

I have a PC laying around... it's definitely not 500... but again, what exactly do you mean nice?
