Emachines double-serial numbers

on and Emachines pc that comes with a/an Restore Cd(s), there are 2 serial numbers. 1 preinstalled on the cd, and 1 in the back of the case (location may vary around the case). you can use Belarc Advisor; http://www.belarc.com/free_download.html#tips to see your 2nd serial number (should be over software versions near the bottom. I dont know if this works for dell, compaq etc, but if it does work, it is when you first get the computer with the factory Os(if you havent reinstalled xp yet). Have fun with your free second serial number!
