Multisession Cd's

Info that might help:
OK guys how do i access my other sessions on my multisession cd which i burnt on another computer (our old one). Im pretty sure I used either roxio or nero to burn it. I know roxio has a session selector but i cant find a version of roxio that is free, has the session selector and wont mess around with my nero express6 which i currently have installed. Apparently Nero burning ROM has a session selector but id need to get nero all over again for that. I cannot find a session selector on express6.

Actual question:
Is there a way to select which session through windows or maybe a freeware program that can do it?
