Default Is the Dell Data Safe Hardrive worth it?

I was customizing my Dell XPS 400, and I was trying to keep the cost below $1500, but there's an option to put in the PC a Data Safe hardrive. Is it worth it? Or should I stick to the regular hardrives?

Here's the link:
http://configure.us.dell.com/dellsto...XPS400G1&s=dhs

Just scroll down to choose a hardrive and choose "learn more", and it will explain about the Data Safe function.
