Default CPU stress test

Is there a program that runs CPU stress tests and measures CPU temp under stress?

prime95
its the most well known, and probably the most reliable.
i think its best because it doesn't hinder you from doin other stuff while its running, it sets priorities lower... so it only uses up all the cpu that's left after the processor is done doing other processes. works flawlessly.

one time i was running dual prime95 (cuz i have a dual core proc) and playing unreal tournament 2004 (no lag) all at once

SiSoft Sandra also has a few burn-in programs, you can use SpeedFan to monitor your temps.

or just run through any 3d marks, that would do a decent stress test on your cpu,,

yea.. but it also tests graphics... its not a continuous cpu stress test like the others we mentioned.
