Macromedia Flash

Hi, I was working on a small Flash Document on Macromedia Flash, and here's my problem. Everytime I go to Export the Flash Document, the only one that keeps the animation is the .gif. Thing is, the .gif makes the picture look crappy, really crappy.
Example:

Now, I'd like the picture and text to have good quality all around, but, .png and .jpg won't let the Flash Document be animated...

EDIT: Well, another problem now, now even my .gif's won't animate... just my main document that I haven't exported will animate.
EDIT: And now, for some reason, the .gif's do work. Man, I hate these things... BUT the picture is still of a quality that I'm not to happy with.
