Consider having help before you venture into the depths of your computer, it sounds like you are guess and checking the building process which can be fatal to your computer (and possibly you).

do thses come along with the mother board?

they come with computers from comps like Dell or Compaq, but if u only bought a motherboard, then no it would not come with it (unless the store was having some type of deal/sale where it came with it for cheaper)

You can get a CPU and Motherboard combination, but generally no, you buy them seperate.
