Default Computer shuts down by itself

I need some help.

My computer shuts down and reboots on its own!!!

I had a new motherboard installed and since it's out of control!

I did that 2 months ago, it stopped and now it's doing it again.

I called my computer tech and he never heard anything like it and he doesn't know what to do!

Can you guys help me?

88 degrees

I have 3 fans.It has never been this hot. Usually it's aroun 70.

It can turn on and off 5 times in about 2 minutes, and sometimes it can run for 2 hours without any problems.

I suppose. I got it installed by a computer tech where I bought the parts.

It hadn't done it for 2 months now and it started this morning. Somedy told me it might be the "wake up on LAN" feature. But I can't seem to find it.

ive never heard of a "wake up on LAN feature", have a look in start - control panel - power options or check your system bios.

i'll leave it shut down for a couple of minutes and use my laptop.

I was told that it signals my computer to shut down and turn on. What I don't understant is that it was ok for 2 months and now it's not!!

Wake on LAN is a feature thats in the BIOS. Not sure if its in yours or not, but that's where you'd find it. Another thing, I'd be a little skeptical about your computer tech if i were you. A tech that's never heard of a computer rebooting on it own?!

Give a list of your hardware. Have you done anything other than replaced your mobo? Did you replace it with the same one or upgrade (or downgrade)?

with the new mobo did you get a fresh install of windows? get all the updates. had similar problem. in command i just typed shutdown -a it aborts the shutdown then from there figured out it was some sort of security vulnerability.
