Default Off-Center screen when playing a game....

Whenever i try to play Return To Castle Wolfenstein the screen appears ofcenter and it cuts off the bottom 5cm and i get a strip of black up the top of my screen. Im running a IBM R40 laptop. Its never happened with any other game but this one.

Go into your monitors menu and choose screen reset or all reset. It sould reset your picture, and all reset will reset the picture and the menu settings.

I think he means by the monitor menu as in there are buttons on your monitor.. but seeing you have a laptop they might be some where located in your computer.
