Did you plug in the extra power cables to the motherboard and video card?

cha2_fan = Chassis Fan 2
pwr_fan = PSU Fan
cha1_fan = Chassis Fan 2
chip_fan = Chipset fan (I think)

Do you know what those fans are for? Fans are cooling devices. You did not connect the cooling devices, yet you tried to boot your PC. My guess is that either it over-heated and you fried it, I'm not sure how long the heatsink will last without a fan (Correction -- I do not believe there even is a heatsink on those)-- OR, it won't boot if those are disconnected, I don't know, I've never tried. Read through the manual again, you'll see what to put in there.

Thank you, Signed,
Spark Johnson.

the most common thing for me when building new systems and not having them start up 1st time is the power connecter from the front of the chasis not being connected to the right spot on the mobo.
