Default router access

hello to all... my problem is that i have a router and when i try to access it configuration panel i doesn't work. What i do is the standard thing: I put my ip number to the internet browser address bar. It shoud appear the zyxel configuration page, then i can open some ports. I am connected by cable to my router (i am the 2dary pc) and there is another pc connected to the router.

Anyone has any idea about what is happening?
and here is a link to the model of my router (zyxel 650 series with 4-port-HUB)

Have you tried resetting the router back to factory settings? usually there is a hole in the back where you can stick a pin, hold it in for 15 seconds and the lights should flash or vene change colour.

I know its a silly question but you are connected via proper ethernet (rf-11) cable and it is in the right port in the back of the router is it?

i dont know if your trying the correct ip... But to find out the IP to the router... go to run, type cmd

Then ipconfig
Where it says default gateway.. thats the routers ip address..

use the \\ip-address in an Internet Explorer window to access the Router.
