Comparison of Microsoft's PWS and IIS

Hi there guys, I'm new here. Hope Iv'e put this post in the right place, apologies if not.

I was wondering if anyone could tell me the key differences and comparisons between Microsoft's Personal Web Server (PWS) and Internet Information Server (IIS).

If someone can forward me to a good link/Website or provide details themselves I'd be very grateful.
