Is this the best deal I'm going to get???

I've been searching for the best/cheapest laptop for college and this is what I've found: http://cgi.ebay.com/Dell-Inspiron-E1...QQcmdZViewItem

$710 shipped for a core duo w/1024mb ram. This seems much lower than other places, but ebay is littered with these Dell E1505 laptops. Is this a good computer? Any catch? Does it have everything needed?(I know little about computers lol) I'll be using it for internet/word/movies and I'll also get an external tv tuner and use it as my tv.

Sound like a good deal?
