P4 3.0ghz 2mb cache P4 3.2ghz 1mb cache

hi i am builingg a computer i am looking at prosesos what the difrens betwen
P4 3.0ghz 2mb cache and P4 3.2ghz 1mb cache the 3.2 is faster i think but what the cach do the faster one with the 1mb cach is cheper witch shoujld i get
