As for the spyware cookies, make sure in CCleaner/Firefox- cookies are selected for cleaning. If they're still there after, just navigate to them and manually delete them.

Next, go to 'Control Panel/folder options/view' and check 'show hidden files and folders'.While there, UNCHECK 'hide protected operating system files(recommended)'. Click Apply and Okay.

Run HijackThis. Select 'Misc.Tools/Delete a File on Reboot"

Navigate to - C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files\f3initialsetup1.0.0.8.inf
- c:\windows\downloaded program files\f3initialsetup1.0.0.6.inf

Click open.Okay.
Hijackthis will tell you that this file will be deleted on next reboot and if you want to reboot now. Click no after the first entry but after both have been entered, Click Yes/ok.
Your system must reboot now.

Once back in windows, Check to make sure those are gone. If they are, then purge the restore folder by going to 'Control Panel/ System/System Restore' and check the box ' Turn off system restore on all drives' click 'apply' and 'okay'.Reboot your computer and then enable system restore again and create a 'New Restore Point' by going to 'Start/Programs/Accessories/System Tools/System Restore'.

Also reverse the steps you did earlier- rehide the windows files, etc.
