Default Desktop / Computer Themes

Anyone know of some good Desktop / Computer Themes? that would change the log in screen and everything?

Unless you have something very specific in mind, there are so many you are better off just Googling "Desktop themes". About 22 million hits. Narrow it down by adding theme theme eg cars, power puff girls.

most of the time, you need to seperate programs.
one for the themes.
one for the logons.
one for the startup if you choose so.

there are a few all in one programs out there though.

i had a cool pirate theme for my start up. you know it had windows 'pirated edition' as a bit of a joke

I cant find the file to change for it to update to my new log in screen.
