It's not guaranteed to work. Some benches said that mine can hig 4Ghz easily, but i cant get past 3.6Ghz.

Well that's very likely to be a limitation of your motherboard. Maybe it's not the best candidate for overclocking.

I have a very good motherboard, but it possible could be i guess. The board supports an FSB of 1066, so i know the fsb isnt too high, and the motherboard also supports ddr2-800, so i know the memory isnt too high.

Or it could be that his core doesn't OC as well as others.. come on, you know all chips aren't the same.

Indeed. It's most likely a limitation of the CPU itself rather than the mobo in your case.
