can i update my bios

actualy i know i can but i need to get the bios to support hyper threading for an upgrading processor, as well as tell me what processors this board supports. the computer is a dell dimension 4600 with pheonix rom bios plus version 1.10a07 for dell. its a socket 478 with duel channel pc2700 512mb ram, ati all in wonder agp, and pentium 4 2.6ghz, want to upgrade this to pentium 4 w/ ht tech....any suggestions that would be great
