Default Sound is all messed up

Well a while ago my Motherboard died, and ever since then my sound has sucked. (on the new motherboard), I installed the software and then last week it stopped working, I then intalled the latest software and installed newest version of bios and it worked. Now, I have 4.1 Z-560s. And whenever the M3d option is on it makes treble go up but bass go down dramatically, when its off there is like no treble and full bass.
When I turn M3D off and openup the software it does the same thing as m3D does, reduces bass and increases treble. when m3d and software is accessed then treble is only in two speakers but there. ( by open up i mean like go to programs, asus, realtek Sound manager).
