Unhappy internet explorer

can some body please help me
my computer keeps telling me that internet explorer has encounter a problem and needs to shutdown this is happening more and more often i am runing xp home editon and i tried to going back to a previous safe point at no avail i also did a complete computer scan the results said that there are no virus any hepl will be appreciated

Try sfc /scannow from ther Run command. Make sure you have your XP CD handy. This will fix any system files that may be corrupted.

thank you for the advise, however my problem still exist
i did what you said, i punch the command that you recomended and after a while the computer gave a message saying that it had recover from a major failure do you have any other options

today i found a second error mesage i really have no clue as to what they mean i thank you in advance

I'm not sure what the error messages mean.. but it can be a faulty internal error. You can try this tool:
http://blog.deconcept.com/category/quicktime/

It'll restore everything into what it should be.
