can some body please help me
my computer keeps telling me that internet explorer has encounter a problem and needs to shutdown this is happening more and more often i am runing xp home editon and i tried to going back to a previous safe point at no avail i also did a complete computer scan the results said that there are no virus any hepl will be appreciated |

thank you for the advise, however my problem still exist
i did what you said, i punch the command that you recomended and after a while the computer gave a message saying that it had recover from a major failure do you have any other options thanks |

And go into the event log and give us all the details it give on the log. |

today i found a second error mesage i really have no clue as to what they mean i thank you in advance

I'm not sure what the error messages mean.. but it can be a faulty internal error. You can try this tool:
http://blog.deconcept.com/category/quicktime/ It'll restore everything into what it should be.
