Default GPU problem, help needed.

I just finished building my computer. After downloading drivers and software for all of my hardware, I ran into a problem I cant fix.

I have a 7900gtx. In the program smartdoctor there is a red flashing message that states "VGA chipset fan isn't functioning well! Replacing with a new fan may be needed."

I checked the fan and it is working fine. The temperature of my GPU is 36 degrees and the temperature of my RAM is 38 degrees, at least that is what the ASUS smartdoctor program is telling me.

Can someone help? I don't know where to go from here.

If the fan looks fine and your temps are 36C, then it looks like it's a problem with the Asus program.

Never mind. I just figured out what I did wrong. I set the fan alarm settings to 2500rpm instead of the normal 1500rpm.
