Default Noisy Fan

In the past couple of hours the fan on my laptop has developed an annoying small "humming" / "buzzing" noise to it. I'm not sure why though. I gave the laptop's insides a clean a while after this started to see if it resolved the matter but nothing happened. It just continued. I haven't dropped the laptop or hit it with anything hard - so that cannot be the cause either.

My laptop is a *erm* lemme check *erm* Fujitsu Siemens AMILO Pro V2030D

Argh! >_<

They're little scrappy pieces of metal and plastic though... shouldn't cost too much to buy a new one. :\ *googles*

I got the laptop for my 18th b'day .. so that's November 2005 (6 months). I have checked eBay... only 2 items on there. :\

I don't know if it's possible to change a laptop's fan other than by taking it in. But if you've only had it for 6 months you should still have warranty, so that shouldn't be a problem.
