I don't really know, you might want to check out the 3D-Analyze forums for that. I'm gonna do some research on it.

Abkrino was making a comparison not stating that a P4 was 16bit. Try running one of the new games out on an old Dos 6.0 drive to see the point there. In order for those games to work like I said before you have go back to an earlier set of drivers for that model card. After a certain point they simply do not work. On the card here the Catalyst was removed completely in favor of the last update of the Control Panel 5.11. And that is on a newer model then the 9200.

Don't worry too much. We specialize in getting into analysis at the odd times here lately. I got one case here being worked on where Windows won't even install to the drive despite wiping it clean. That's another story for another day there though. He should running the older Catalyst if not going after the control panel instead. ATI updates can be a nuisance after a certain point since they are made for newer Radeon models.
