can you get 12v psu adaptors to use with the 12v cigerette lighter in cars? are they expensive? where can i get them if they do exist?

I just got a power inverter for my car. They are great and i can plug anything into them, so you might want to look into them.

They are very handy, but you wouldnt want to plug a desktop into them since the battery voltage in a car varies with the RPM's of the car.
