Default New Computer for Father's day!!!

Hey Guys, the wife just told me I'm getting a new computer for father's day! Cool hah!

SO guys I need your help.

My budget is US$1.200.00 for Tower: Case, mobo, Cpu, Cideo card sound card, memory and a dvd burner.

Usage: I will be using for surfing, burning dvd's, gaming, and some video converting.

Don't need keyboard, mouse or monitor.

Guy's please help me build the best pc for my buck,

Thank you!

Galosat.

CPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819103631
*This cpu supports ddr2 but I don't know about it. You could easily afford dual core, but I do not know when the am2 will be available for the x2 series.
Mother: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813130048
Gpu: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814150149
*You could go with this and later upgrade to sli, or get a single gtx, or maybe you could go with two 7600gt's right now. Again you will get more opinions.
Ram: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231017
*You may want to go for two gigs. We will see later when we add this up.
Case: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811144151
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811170027
-Only downside to second case is that is scratches very easily, but it is very good space wise and it is very economical.
Sound: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16829102178
*Very good card and not far off the x-fi edition.
Optical drive: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16827151118
Need more opinions because I do not know if it is critical if it is oem.
This is around $1,000 usd. Again get more opinions. We will work on it.

...and gaming. The 7600 GS is a nice card, but depending on what type of gaming the 7900 GT would be better.

Wink My choice

This is what I bought and it's been the best computer I have ever had. And I have spent many thousands on custom systems that can't compair to this system right out of the box.
