Ghost Recon: Advanced warfighter runs really crappy

Im running windows x64, 2Gb of RAM, and AMD 4400+ and a 6800GT running at 425 / 1100. yet my pc cant run GRAW on lowest settings.
anyone of you knows of some known bugs with the physics program having trouble running under x64? or the the game itself prehaps?

My pc runs BF2 on highest settings, dreamfall isnt a problem either,.. but the new ghost recon simply doesnt run nice.
any suggestions would be appriciated

Have you checked their website or the developers website for any drivers that might fix this issue?

well actually, last thursday i got send 100demo's and 5 full versions of that game sent straight from Ubisoft, and i to are having a similar problem, glitching every now and then
