i'm trying to get some satellite images of my backyard to see how the gardening and landscaping looks. i have tried google maps/earth and Windows Live Local but cant get any good quality. i guess i live too far out for higher detial. does any one know of a site that has good image quality and is free?

The satellite photos are anywherre from 10 to a few years old, your not going to see what it looks like in real-time.

Ya most maps aren't even updated which is dumb. TerraServer's latest maps are from 1998.
