Default AverMedia Tv Studio problem

I have AverMedia Tv Studio in my pc to watch television and my vhs videos. When i put in a vhs video and play it the sound is perfect. When i record a vhs video to my computer the sound is still perfect, but when i want to watch the recorded file the sound is very very poor quality.

Can anyone help me fix this problem?.

Check if in the volume control in the recording settings the volume is up.
