Default Using mixed RAM speeds and FSB speed

Is it possible to use PC2700 and PC3200 Ram together on a computer with a FSB of 333?
I realise the PC2700 would fit well, however since the PC3200 RAM is a 400mhz memory..will it be downgraded to 333mhz..or will it be downgraded to 200mhz and drag the PC2700 Ram down to that speed as well? (200mhz with a x2 multiplier being 400) IF it is important, the MoBo is a Asus A7N8X with a AMD XP2600+ CPU. (The CPU I have also had problems getting up to proper speeds as it is said to be 2.083 Ghz but has been running at 1.25 ghz until I upgraded the BIOS to 1004. Now it is running at 2100Mhz (200 x10.5 ) and overheating horribly. Running at 70C at idle)
