Default new motherboard and cpu

i have an older computer with a slot 7 mobo and an amd k6-2 cpu i want to upgrade to the biggest mobo and cpu combo i can with the same power supply i have the power supply is a hipro hp-235atxak

how much ram do you have? video card?

asus motherboard + 64bit cpu, its cheap too,

only if you don't have soe good video card, cuz its agp, cheaper video cards, and of course less power usage, i think...

your not gonna want to keep that hipro. i had it in my hp it died like3 times had to be replaced. 3 wasted days on phone with a idiot reading from a screen
