im building a budget machine. heres what ive got so far. ill be doing a bit of gaming and surfing the net and dont wanna spend alot of money.

I wanna hear some opinions about the mobo since I recommended it, it will be used for some slight OC'ing, he is on a tight budget so do you guys think that's a good deal for under $70. nf4 mobos preffered

looks good, but for $3 more you can get AM2 (of course the memory and motherboards are more expensive).
By looking at the specs and the pictures, it looks like an okay motherboard, but i would try to get a slightly better one. Thats a very nice video card, but if you can find the OC'd one that would be much better. I got the same one as that, but mine is stock oc'd to 550/850, and costs around $120, but no longer on newegg. I would go with this PSU instead: http://www.newegg.com/product/produc...82E16817174023

The X800GTO cannot be unlocked (except for the X800GTO2 version of the card), though they generally overclock fairly well. I would recommend the X800GTO over the 7600GS though they are fairly close in specifications.
