Default Computer start-up error

Everytime my computer starts it says cant find: 'z:vvidends.386' or something along those lines...it says it cant find the file (I wouldn't expect it to seeing as how i have no z: drive.) I believe it may be something to do with LAN connections or something...does anyone know what the z: drive is, is it a network drive or something, and how do i stop my computer from saying could not find this file e.t.c?
