i just got my SAPPHIRE 100131L Radeon X800GTO 256MB GDDR3 AGP 4X/8X Video Card , installed and got on world of warcraft, i could tell the difference in graphics but i still had some lagging? i thought by get a good card takes care of the lagging?

What are your specs, and possibly what else is running on your system. Have you checked for spyware or viruses recently?

i have been talking to people on WOW and they say i do not have enough ram. i have 516MB of ram and they say i should get 1GB at least. my CPU is AMD Athlon XP 2800+. are then any other specs i should put.

Well your cpu is kinda of a bottleneck but it should handle warcraft i would have thought. Check you catalist control center for options.
