i'd say download Ad-Aware SE Personal, AVG Free, Spybot S&D, Ewido, take your computer off the network, by disonnecting the ethernet cord, scan each 1 1-by-1, and delete what ever it finds, im sure that will clean your pc, let us know how it goes.
