I should of been getting 1.2MB/s from ms but it wouldn't work, id get some random 14MB .iso so i downloaded it from a torrent instead (The same public beta). Averaged about 400KB/s peaked at 950KB/s

No, im using the one built into firefox. But keep in mind i only have a 2.5Mbps connection.

i am in envy....

my downloads max at 50kb/s
but then again i'm a student on a students budget... my computer took me a year of earning and no spending to save up for... so i think a fast connection is out of the question for me!

Ive been trying to download the english 64-bit version with the downloader for some time now...I keep getting "the server is too busy" message. Anyone else getting this problem?

How long can we use the vista 2? I mean, can you use them for as long as you want, or for a certain amount of time until microsoft terminates it?

Its valid until June 2007. Also if anyone else had the same problem as me waiting for the server to clear up....I suggest downloading "Download Accelerater Plus" and then clicking on the file on the Right hand side of the page that indicates" if you have your own download manager click here" I have been downloading for 5 mins and I'm already 11% done...going strong at 600 kb/s
