Motherboard issues, help needed urgently

Hey all

Ive got a Gigabyte GA-8S648FX-RZ motherboard, every so often it wouldnt start up as this error message showed, i gave it a clean and would work fine, then it would do it again, leave it unplugged for a day and would work fine, but recently past few days hasnt worked at all so went and bought another motherboard, the updated one of the one i suggested.
Worked fine, restarted computer, same problem except different error message.

thats the message, would stop there, not go any further an just keep restarting...

This is DRIVING ME NUTS as you would understand and any help is much appreciated.

you may need to flash your BIOS, but others who know far more than me will tell you how.

can you even get to your bios settings, try taking the cmos battery out

Take battery out of computer, leave out for 10 mins or more, at least. then replace, reset CMOS settings, check boot orders.

Please Write down error and post it as i cannot see numbers properly
