Hello, I installed Vista last night in what seemed to be a smooth transition except for one thing -- every time that I turn on my computer, Windows Installer pops up, and it attemps to configure Microsoft Office XP Professional with FrontPage. A box then pops up that says the following: The feature that you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable. At the bottom of the box is a Use source box, and I tried each of hte options, but neither worked. The installation package that seems to be missing is PROPLUS.MSI. Whenever I click ok when it tries to access the feature, it displays another box that says the following: "The path " cannot be found. Verify that you have access to this location and try again, or try to find the installation package 'PROPLUS.MSI' in a folder from which you can install the product Microsoft Office XP Professional with FrontPage."
I never had any problems with Windows XP Home, so what are my options? (If this was quite confusing, I took screenshots of all of the boxes, so I could post them if necessary) Should I download Office 2007 beta? Thanks in advance, Chris LaFreniere |
