Default Windows sucks at startup

Every time I boot windows, it deletes autoexec.nt in system32. I can put autoexec.nt in system32 from C:\Windows\Repair, but doing that every time is going to irritate me. Is there any way I can prevent this from happening every time?

It could be caused by a malware. Run HijackThis and post its log here.
Run a virus check too: http://housecall.trendmicro.com/hous...start_corp.asp
